⚠ All sales are final — no refunds. The 10rs Ultimate Digital Bundle is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment. Because you receive full access immediately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Why No Refunds?

Digital products are fundamentally different from physical goods. Once your payment succeeds, we instantly deliver the entire bundle link sheet — there is no way to "return" a digital file. This protects both our business and the creators whose work we curate.

Before You Buy

We encourage every customer to carefully review what's included in the bundle before purchasing. Our homepage lists all 24+ resources with detailed descriptions. If you have any questions, email us before buying — we'll be happy to help.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Failed delivery: If our system could not deliver your download link within 48 hours despite valid payment, and we're unable to fix it, you'll receive a full refund.

In all other cases, no refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in permanent termination of your access and may lead to legal action. If you have a legitimate concern, please email us first.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
