1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the 10rs Store Ultimate Digital Bundle ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Product.

2. Product Description

The Product is a curated collection of digital files, links, and resources. It is delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped. The exact contents are listed on our homepage and may be updated or changed without prior notice.

3. License & Usage

Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and use the resources for personal and educational purposes.
• Reference the content for your own learning and creative work.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the bundle links or files with anyone.
• Publish the links or files publicly on any website, forum, social media, or group.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the bundled materials.
• Use the materials for any illegal purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. The price is a one-time ₹10 INR fee. We do not store your payment information.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, you are automatically redirected to a secure thank-you page where you can download the complete link sheet in TXT, DOCX, or PDF format. Each download link is valid for one use only and expires 30 minutes after generation.

If your payment succeeded but you did not receive a download link, contact [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID.

6. No Refunds

Because the Product is delivered instantly and is digital in nature, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the bundle contents carefully before purchasing. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The bundled materials remain the property of their respective owners. 10rs Store makes no claim of ownership over third-party content. We are a curator and distributor only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every external link will remain active indefinitely, as third-party services may change. We do our best to keep links updated.

9. Limitation of Liability

10rs Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (₹10).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
